Appointment will only be confirmed after deposit is received within 1 hr of booking and/or on first-come-first-serve basis. Changes in appointment are subjected to availability and in event of cancellation or no show, deposit will be forfeited.

• We seek your understanding to be punctual for your appointment; if you are late for 5 minutes or more, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, assign a different nailist, or shorten the duration of your services (eg to switch to simpler art or express service instead). We strive to keep all appointments within the allocated time frame so as to minimise waiting time for all our customers. Thus, please book an appointment only on the date and time you can arrive punctually.
