To book an appointment during CNY period, a non-refundable $50 deposit is required. Booking deposit refers to per pax per booking. For instance, a booking made for 3 pax will require a deposit of $150. This deposit will be used to off set the total cost of services on the day of your appointment.

• In event of cancellation or no show, deposit will be forfeited.

• Packages and usual membership discounts cannot be utilised during this period. Please refer to the CNY discount & rates.
  
• We seek your understanding to be punctual for your appointment; if you are late for 10 minutes or more, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, assign a different nailist, or shorten the duration of your services (eg to switch to simpler art or express service instead). We strive to keep all appointments within the allocated time frame so as to minimise waiting time for all our customers. Thus, please book an appointment only on the date and time you can arrive punctually.
