CNY Deposit

  1. To book an appointment during CNY period, a $50 deposit per pax is required. For instance, a booking made for 3 pax will require a deposit of $150. This deposit will subsequently be used to offset the total cost of services on the day of your appointment. Charges for any add on services will be collected on the day itself.
  2. In event the service required is less then $50, we will collect full payment for the service as deposit. For example, if Classic Pedi ($38) is the only service chosen, $38 will be collected as deposit. Any add ons will be subjected to time availability and charged on the day itself.
  3. Please note that all deposits are non-refundable and cannot be used for product purchases or outside of CNY period (all deposit expires on 10th Feb 24).
  4. Appointment will only be confirmed after deposit is received within 1 hr of booking and/or on first-come-first-serve basis. One-time change in appointment is subjected to availability.
  5. Do let us know in advance if you wish to have a more comprehensive nail art so we can allocate an appropriate duration for this service. If you’re unsure whether the desired nail art requires more time, you can send us the picture when booking an appointment and we will advise accordingly. Surcharge for nail art involving more than 2 nails or those that are $20 and above applies
  6. Surcharge applies if service required is solely gel polish soak off. No surcharge for gel polish soak off with new gel polish service.
  7. All member discount and bday month discount will not be applicable during CNY surcharge period. However, we will be extending them for 2 weeks after CNY period (till 16th Feb’24 for JAN Birthday Members & till 9th Mar’24 for Feb Birthday Members) so you can still utilise them fully.
  8. Usual member discount resumes on the 3rd day of CNY (13th Feb 24).

  • In event of cancellation or no show, deposit will be forfeited.

  • Packages and usual membership discounts cannot be utilised during this period. Please refer to the CNY discount & rates.
  • We seek your understanding to be punctual for your appointment; if you are late for 5 minutes or more, we reserve the right to cancel your reservation, assign a different nailist, or shorten the duration of your services (eg to switch to simpler art or express service instead). We strive to keep all appointments within the allocated time frame so as to minimise waiting time for all our customers. Thus, please book an appointment only on the date and time you can arrive punctually.
